YoHU.io respects the rights of creators. Every game we publish is either made by YoHU Studio or submitted by a developer who confirms they hold the rights to publish it. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act quickly.

Sending a notice

Email hello@yohu.io or use the contact form with the topic "Copyright". Please include:

  1. Your name, organisation (if any), postal address, phone number and email.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on YoHU.io where the material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review complete notices within 2 working days. When a notice is valid we remove or disable the material and inform the developer who submitted it.

Counter-notice

If your game was removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have the rights to publish it, send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your signature. We may restore the material unless the original complainant informs us they have started legal action.

Repeat infringers

We remove developers and accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
