By using YoHU.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

YoHU.io offers free browser games made by YoHU Studio and by independent developers. Games are provided "as is"; we do our best to keep them working but cannot promise every game will run on every device at all times.

Accounts

• You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Choose a username that does not impersonate others or contain offensive language. We may rename or suspend accounts that break this rule.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots, tamper with scores or exploit bugs to climb leaderboards. We may remove scores and suspend accounts that do. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale or access areas you are not authorised to use.

Reviews and other content you post

You keep the rights to what you write, and you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the site. Reviews must be about the game and must not contain hate, harassment, spam, personal data of others or illegal content. We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The site design, the YoHU Originals and the YoHU name belong to us or our licensors. Games from other developers belong to their creators. You may not copy, re-host or sell games or other content from the site without permission. If you believe something here infringes your rights, see our copyright page.

Advertising

The site shows advertising to stay free. Ad partners are responsible for their own content; clicking an ad may take you to a third-party site with its own terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact
